**We´re looking to Planner/Customer Service Specialist (Automotive Industry.
Experience in Tier 1´s companies (OEM´s )**
Qualifications:
- Graduate of industrial engineering or similar
- At least 2 years experience in planning, customer services and logistic in automotive industry factories.
- Critical qualification is having experience in Tier 1 suppliers or OEM suppliers to customers such as GM, FORD and STELLANTIS.
- Experience with customer portals, EDI, (At least GM or FORD or Stellantis)
- Experience as "customer service" (essential requirement)
- Fluent English to speak and understand it (essential requirement)
- Billing and tracking of purchase orders.
- Planning of materials, production and shipments.
- Knowledge of Basic Tools (IATF 16949, Core Tools)
- It is essential to have a valid passport and VISA for the USA
Activities:
The main responsibilities are customer service, production planning, shipping, and ensuring shipments arrive on time with the customer.
Therefore, this person would also have a lot of interaction with the different departments regarding the production plan and the logistics that it entails.
In addition to the control of flows and budgets and accounting reconciliations.
