The purpose of HSE Coordinator is participate in the Safety, Health and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
Ensure that the Safety,



Health and Environmental Management system is documented in the manufacturing and administrative processes so that the system is implemented effectively and consistently, participate and promote the investigation of incidents, for their prevention and avoidance of recurrence.
**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:

- Promote awareness in the organization, as well as the company's safety policy and objectives.
- Participate in the follow-up of internal and external audit processes and governmental inspections.
- Follow up on safety, health and environmental metrics.
- Participation in the creation, implementation and improvement of area documents, procedures, among others.
- Participation and follow up of health, safety and environmental programs.
- Participate in the compliance of training programs.
- Listen and follow up on ideas for improvement or comments on safety, health and environmental issues from workers and third parties.
- Participate in the HSE system.
- Participate in incident investigation processes.

- Saving Incentive: 13% of the base salary paid in monthly basis.

- Environmental, chemical, or industrial engineering, or a career related to the position.
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge in:

Mexican environmental legislation

Fire prevention and firefighting

Confined spaces

Lock out/ Tag out

Fall protection.
Cutting and welding

First Aid

Evacuation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
