What you will do*
- Drive execution of SEO strategies and help in accelerating the business through organic search and ensure optimal visibility, driving high-quality traffic that yields continuous and long-term growth
- Manage initiatives to improve SEO performance through meta-data, URLs, content creation and reviews
- Present retrieved insights to (senior) stakeholders
- Stay informed on the state-of-the-art search algorithms, SEO tools and techniques
- Strong analytical skills and fact-based orientation in decision making
- Support junior team members in their (professional) growth
- Self-motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative, and driven by group critique
- Contribute to executing channels' roadmap aligned with the overall Marketing calendar and e-commerce Strategy

What you'll bring*
- 3+ years experience in an e-commerce environment focused on SEO
- Autonomous professional with a strong customer and goal-focused attitude while remaining curious, innovative and action-driven
- Profound knowledge of Business analytical tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics)
- Solution-driven approach to business questions and challenges
- Analytically strong and well-developed communication skills
- Hands-on approach regarding technical SEO
- Strong analytical skills and fact-based orientation in decision-making
- Working experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executives
