**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The Role of Sales Support Asst Analyst has the objective of supporting PMF (PepsiCo Mexico Foods) business teams by executing and populating the information related to the AFH (Away From Home) Sales area.
As the Sales Support Asst Analyst, it will be necessary to work through requirements gathering with functional teams of AFH (Away from home).

As **Sales Support Asst Analyst **your responsibilities would consist of:
- Following to Sales daily, weekly and monthly.
- Following FCST and AOP
- Establish process to identify, track, escalate, resolve and report customer problems.
- Participate in fine tuning activities to improve performance and/or ensure the SLA
- Participate the continues improvements meeting
- Execute reports according to SLAs (Service level agreement)
**Who Are We Looking For?
**
- Education
- Experience
- Bachellor's, Associate or Technical degree in progress.
Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science or similar.
Engineering if posible.
- No professional experience required.
- Experience in Sales (preferable)
- Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel.
- Desirable using the PepsiCo standards reporting tools (e.g.
Power BI, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, etc.)
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Clear Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook
- Follow up and escalate when needed
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Basic/intermediate English
