**Systems Project Engineer for Electrical Products**:

Working as a Systems Project Engineer for Electrical Products, you will be in charge of various Electrification Business engineering projects in Mexico, providing technical details,
costs and deliverables for sales proposals.
In this role, you will make technical recommendations in various phases of customer projects to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety guidelines.
**This position reports to**:
Engineering Manager II
**Your responsibilities**:
- Assisting project managers and project lead engineers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors and vendors.
- Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards.
- Creating and delivering the work plan and budget, as well as risk assessments relevant to your engineering discipline.
- Helping customers resolve technical issues both remotely and at customer sites in Mexico.
- Developing your management and communication skills by working with entry-level employees.
- Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics,
or Mathematics from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in Rulestream, HiRes, ePLAN, WinchChill, and/or SAP.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with switchboard/switchgear (SWBD/SWGR) products or motor control centers (MCC).
- Understanding of mechanical design and assembly.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, or as part of a team.
- Ability to welcome change and work in fast paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Project management skills with ability to plan, execute & document programs/projects.
- Willingness to support off-shift manufacturing teams.
