We are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator/ ITIL Certified**.
**The position objective is responsible for managing Infrastructure changes, queue and ensuring changes are made efficiently, with minimum risk to the organization, should, ideally, facilitate change.
An effective change management analyst allows changes to be moved quickly to the production environment and has a duty to protect the IT systems of the organization, ensuring the changes that are made do not present an unacceptable risk.
Must look for conflicts in active changes and determine the most appropriate time to commit changes to the production systems.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
What we're looking:

- 3 years of experience in Service Desk or Infrastructure projects.




- Experience participating in implementation project management focused on Infrastructure.
- Live in CDMX
- B2 English
- ITIL CERTIFICATION
- JIRA (binding)

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and attend Jira requested made by the Business Lines to verify that the requests are approved and informed by all involved.
- Verify availability of resources (example cloud, network, security, or data)
- Coordinate and articulate between different areas to organize the project focused on management control across America.
- Categorize change requests, managing by JIRA System.
- Facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) and TAB (Technical Advisory Board) sessions to communicate, prioritize the changes according to all Americas Business Units objectives.
- Manage the transition of changes from the infrastructure team to resolve, incidents that affects Americas Business Units.
- Manage the transition of changes of enhance requests on the Americas Business Unit infrastructure.
- Accept or reject RFCs.




(Request for Changes)
- Coordinate the building, testing, and implementation of changes.
- Create and circulate the change schedule.
- Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) after the implementation of changes.
- Maintain all change documentation according with the Americas Change Management policies, procedures, templates, formats, and documents.
- Produce management reports.
