- ProfessionalExperience (5years) in the Compression business
- TechnicalKnowledge Oil and Gas Process as a +
- English at a professional working proficiency level is amust.
- Greatcommunication skills.
- Salesexperience is a plus.
**YourResponsibilities**
- DriveSales Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenuetargets for compressor units in the Mexican market.
- CustomerEngagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers,including oil and gas companies, engineering firms, and contractors, tounderstand their needs and promote Siemens Energy's compressor products.
- Product Promotion:Utilize your mechanical engineering expertise and comprehensive knowledge ofcompressors to effectively communicate the value and benefits of SiemensEnergy's products to potential customers.
- SalesPresentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, technicalproposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the features and advantagesof our compressor units.
- MarketAnalysis:



Conduct market research and analysis to identify new businessopportunities, monitor competitors' activities, and stay up-to-date withindustry trends and customer requirements.
- CustomerSupport: Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout thesales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customersatisfaction.
- Collaborationwith Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, includingengineering, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless executionof projects and successful product delivery.
- Travel andCustomer Visits: Be available for travel to meet customers, attend industryconferences, conduct trainings, and participate in site walkdowns to understandcustomer needs and foster strong relationships.

Use the CRM of the company to register the leads and potentialopportunities including forecasts, sales pipelines, and market analysis, toprovide insights and updates to management.

- Responsibilityto comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, andcompetencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
