The Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Premium Engagement and Advisory provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention.




EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSAs the SAP Basis Senior Consultant in the Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE) team, you will:
Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through blueprint, design, implementation, operation, optimization and upgrade phases of the SAP solution.Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.Support team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing referenceable customers.Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and be responsive to project and customer needs.Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working against deadlines.Take initiative, drive results, and accept increasing levels of responsibility.Build credible relationships with peers and clients,



and continuously learn about SAP products.Learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.Utilize available time efficiently to achieve effective and efficient results.Manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.WORK EXPERIENCEMinimum of five to eight years of experience in service delivery.Strong preference for completion of SAP course or project work through academics.Ability to work as a team player and independently.Analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening.Experience in working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations.Excellent communication, presentation, independent decision making, and networking skills.Experience in handling customers and driving innovation.TECHNICAL SKILLSWorking knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, and Linux).Functional and/or technical knowledge in SAP HANA is a plus.Strong experience in migration and upgrades projects,



working with Hyperscalers and on-premise.Knowledge/Experience with SQL, Database Management, Programming, System Administration, Security, and Networking.Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure is a must.Understanding of relational databases like HANA Platform, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase, MaxDB, DB2, etc.Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP Activate project methodology and accelerators, including RDS and Best Practices.SAP Certifications – preferred.DoC/ZDO project experience – preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLSEnglish – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory).
