Job Description This is a remote position.
We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Sr. Software Engineer (Full Stack) .
Compensation: COP 14.3M - 17.9M/month.
Location: Remote (anywhere).

What makes you a strong candidate: You have 8+ years of experience in JavaScript.
You are proficient in AWS, Docker, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
English - Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more: Design, develop, test, and deploy systems that serve users.
Architect and lead the design for major software components and features.
Build high-quality solutions aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with engineering and product managers.
Analyze website performance and improve solutions.
Participate in code reviews, deployments, and reliability improvements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
Requirements Experience: 8+ years of hands-on programming experience in JavaScript.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
Skills: Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, and Postgres DB.
Experience with live web services and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with scalable systems and team-level technical processes.
