**Job Description**:
The role will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the MD Digital Enablement Roadmap projects and partner closely with the Project leaders on the overall cost planning and budget support.
The role will support the consolidation and reporting of the financial outlook to the Projects/Program Management teams.
The individual will identify critical factors affecting project finances and evaluates potential options to deliver program spend under budget.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Partner with Project Deployment Teams on Project Planning & Execution
- Partner with cross functional team member to plan, identify and strategize project financial management
- Track and communicate the project status, & support Project Business Case
- Drive establishment and implementation of standard process for all Project planning & tracking, including relevant templates and guidance
- Partner with project leads to establish integrated project plans / schedules / deliverables
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable
- Prefer a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within finance,
or large transformation programs.
- Prefer strong knowledge of Medical Devices Supply Chain or Commercial Operations
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result
- Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders
- Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates is preferred
- Experience managing to project timelines and milestones in complex business environments preferred
- Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior business stakeholders required
- Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment preferred
- Other- This position can be based in any J&J; MD office locations in North America.
- This position may require up to 10% travel.
