**Sr. Analyst, IT Service Mgmt - Change & Release Analyst**

Within IT, the IT Service Management team leads the maturation and governance of key IT support processes and provides performance insights to drive continuous service improvements.
Our processes, services, and tools serve as a key entry point for an extensive set of IT and non-IT users seeking and providing support of IT services and products across the globe for PepsiCo.
We are seeking a Change & Release Management Analyst.




This position is on the Global Service Management team as part of the IT Strategy & Transformation organization.
The role reports to the Service Transition Manager for North America and Global Changes and Releases.
**Responsibilities**
**Accountabilities**

This role performs deliverables under two major categories.- Release Management Analysis.
This role works closely with Functional Release Managers across IT in North America and some global teams.
This role involves governance and oversight of North America and global releases and integration with the change management process.
- Lead and facilitate weekly and monthly North America and Global change and release meetings
- Maintain key release calendars and communicate extended visibility changes for leadership reviews




- Change and Release Process SME for North America and Global development teams
- Support a broad user community with 'office hours' (helpline calls) for Q&A;
- Helps drive Change Management compliance and operational stability through review, approval and scheduling of changes.
- Assists in the preparation and review of changes to support the Global Change Advisory Board as well as Sr.
Leadership review.
- Monitor ITServices process queues and shared support mailboxes to ensure timely resolution of incidents, request and tasks.
- Proactively analyze process execution, identify and monitor process KPI to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Responsible for closure of moderate to high risk changes.
Ensure teams are closing their aging changes.
- Create,



publish and maintain an online community for global collaboration consistent with the standard approach.
- Develop a strong understanding of service management & ITIL processes and how they are leveraged to deliver value to customers.
- Edits and delivers training materials
- Perform release and change processes onboarding for employees and key suppliers

**Qualifications**

**Who are we looking for?
**

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other related field.
3+ years overall IT experience in Application and/or Infrastructure Planning and Deployment

2+ years of IT Change Management and/or Release management experience

2+ years in Service Management (ITIL,



process, tools) (Nice to have)

1years in Service Now (Nice to have)
- Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power-point, Office, Outlook)
- Experience with a Change and/or Release tool (ie.
