Job Responsibilities:
- Conocimiento y uso de herramientas Lean Manufacturing.
- Administración de recursos y cumplimiento de capacitaciones vs plan anual.
- Procesos de Soldadura MIG Y SPOT.
- Aplicación de herramientas de solución de problemas (8D's, 5 why's, Ishikawa).
- Metodología 6 sigma, conocimiento de Lock Out.
- Conocimiento de trabajo Estandarizado.
- LPA (producto no conforme, 5s, Trabajo estándar, principios de calidad e iniciativas Cosma).
- Excelencia de Manufactura. MAFACT (Módulos 1, 2, 3 y 6)
- Implementación y seguimiento TPM, Normas de calidad: ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 19011.
- Conocimiento y aplicación de herramientas de Calidad (SPC, AMEF).
- Conocimiento de la industria Metalmecánica CQI15, IATF 16949:2016, FTQ, OEE, OA.
