**PROCUREMENT PORTFOLIO COORDINATOR**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Identify and build partnership with key suppliers and guarantee supplier compliance
- Execute Projects to generate Value for the BPC Brands through savings opportunities




- Develop and implement medium and long term strategy for local chemicals materials
- Close communication with the global procurement team for medium and long term strategy cascade while provide and align local market needs
- Deliver bottom line savings by working together with Suppliers, R&D; and the Supply Chain to identify and implementing cost saving programs
- Identify and build partnership with key suppliers and guarantee Supplier compliance (audits, specifications, general terms and conditions)
- Perform cost modelling and benchmarking analysis, to optimize the end-to-end value chain
- Crisis Management developing contingency plans and alternatives to ensure a Resilience Plan
- Provide the business with accurate price forecasting, which includes market conditions understanding, price trends and future markets trends to enable proper budgeting and price forecasting
- Drive and Implement the Sustainability agenda
- Monitor overall performance of the supply network and ensure continuous improvement
**WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED**:




- Higher professional education / university degree
- Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain is desirable
- High degree of negotiation skills
- Be able to demonstrate influencing and interpersonal skills
- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills
- Expert knowledge in excel, power point, SAP
- Excellent presentation skills (creation and delivery)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to extract, organize, analyze significant amount of data
- Capable of managing and prioritizing across projects with a thorough approach to workload management
- Attention to detail and aptitude to solve complex problems

- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders (people skills)
- Show passion and practical creativity for innovations and changes
- Ability to take initiative
- Digital aware and capable
