Inventory of the controls diagnostic equipment, tools and software.
Continuous development of technical skill according to the versatility chart, technical training.
Maintain and trouble shooting of the manufacturing system functionality ( PMC, ANDON, FLEXNET ).
Generate technical reports of trouble shooting process and improvements implemented.
Attend meetings and follow up: TIP continuous improvement, teamwork, manufacturing systems, safety.

Interpretation of Electrical drawings.
Electrical specifications and standards.
Siemens S7 PLC Programming, trouble shooting.
Siemens 840D Solution Line Programming, trouble shooting.
Siemens HMI configuration.
Networks Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet communication and configuration.
Fanuc Robot Programming, trouble shooting.
Vision systems: Cameras, Scanners.

Desirable, Electronic, Mechatronic, Controls Engineer.

Experience in manufacturing process, cylinder block, cylinder heads, crankshaft and assembly lines.
