- Monday to Friday 40 hours (about 1 and a half days) per week
- Salary offered: 12K - 14k + bonuses per firm (+ Referral Bonuses)

**Qualifications**
- Experience: _ 6 months or less in similar positions
High School to College degrees. All are welcome to join us!
Unfinished degrees are welcome too!
- Language: _ 90% of English skills: Grammar, Writing, Spoken. Must be fluent
- Location: _live in Guadalajara, Tlaquepaque, Zapopan, or near the Ladron de Guevera area.
- Preferred Job Experience - No mandatory: _ airport, call center, cruise, telemarketing, customer service, or sales in tourism, (Hotels - Restaurants - Travel Agencies), English teachers, etc.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities _
- Must be well-spoken, able to speak fluent English (**95%**)
- Must have prior customer service experience
- Comfortable with making and receiving calls to potential and current customers.
- Basic Computer Skills are necessary - Proficiency in MS Office
- Welcoming and friendly personality
- Must be able to critically think through an issue and provide solutions to the customers
- Be able to help drive and promote higher customer satisfaction scores and reviews
