**Objective**
To contribute to the generation of value for the organization through the proposal of global frameworks based on best practices in the software industry and suitable for the automotive industry. Anticipate challenges and opportunities through agile thinking, generate value to the business areas in a short time, with a pace of delivery and products aligned with the vision and strategy of the company.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and Develop Global platforms, such as Sharepoint, Power Platform, SAP Cloud Platform, and collaboration solutions, following architecture patterns and best practices.
- Assure vendor and business process owners comply with Nemak frameworks related to Development Practices,
and architecture design over digital platforms.
- Design, Coordinate and Manage the Digital transformation initiative "Citizen Developers" for all Nemak regions, helping to create, nurture and grow the digital transformation in the organization.
- Through Low Code platforms such as Power Platform, Sharepoint, Agile Point, and others.
- Manage Initiative Portfolio for Commercial, R&D;, and HSE Global areas,
- Designing, developing, deploying, and managing new and existing Global initiatives.
- Control the demand and ensure all the initiatives are aligned with Organizational values and objectives.
- Business Relationship Management with Global Process owners in Commercial, R&D;, and HSE Global areas to identify, innovate and roll out digital transformation solutions according to Nemak's core values and strategies.
- Assure the correct project administration through an Agile mindset and Traditional frameworks.
- Delivering faster projects to help all Nemak sites to succeed gaining efficiency in processes, resources, and time.
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience in IT and business processes.
- Experience Required: 6 Years in Applications Development, 4 Years in Management / Leader of Applications Area, 4 Years in Applications Project Management, 3 Years in Strategic Portfolio Management, 3 Years in Business Process Mapping.
