Manufacturing Design & Implementation Material Logistics is a global organization of project managers and technology specialists that has a hands-on approach towards continuously improve our logistics technologies to enable our internal customers to succeed with their manufacturing objectives.
The Project Manager is working with one or more projects and activities, regarding logistics concepts, projects, layouts,



development of solutions, procurement of machines and equipment, identification and roll-out of improvements/best practice and optimizing the existing production processes and equipment's, related to support logistics End2End operations on all sites.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage local and global projects - eg. Replacement of machines and equipment (including create Business Case, corporate with partners, coordinate with specialists, coordinate installation/facilities, etc.) Ensure coherence and collaboration across technology platforms within Engineering & Quality and Operations.
- Lead projects - according to our common LEGO Project Model.
- Project Management in a global context influencing our global footprint within expansion of new capacity. Drive local and global projects and ensure that customer satisfaction towards delivery quality, Time and Cost are delivered in high quality.
Do you have what it takes?
- 4 years of experience within production and/or engineering function in a medium to large international company. Bachelor’s in Engineering,



Machine Engineer, Production Technology, Industrial Engineer or similar is a plus.
- 2 years’ experience as a project manager with a strong focus on results. Preferably within machine or equipment installation.
- Business understanding, knowledge of what it takes to work in with project management in a cross functional area. Takes initiative and is proactive. Gets energized by working with technologies and project management.
- Have experience with international companies or working with international teams.
- Excellent communication, customer focus and service minded person with focus on partner management, attention to detail, problem solving as well as been able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Language: Advanced English.



Good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas
