**Your key responsibilities**:
- Training system: Update the existing training-related systems, data, resource integration and operation according to the retail strategy.
- Training plan and evaluation: Formulate, organize, and implement annual and monthly training plans, efficiently organize online and offline country training, and do a good job in training evaluation.
- Development of training materials: developing and producing new products, field force team personnel development training materials, and video teaching materials.
- Training projects and promotion: Targeted development and implementation of special training or promotion projects for field force teams, new products, performance, onboarding,
internal trainer selection, etc.
- Complete other retail or training related work assigned by the team.
**Required Qualifications**:
- College degree or above, with more than 3 years of training experience in the same or similar positions.
- Possess skills in efficient training material development, PPT design, and training project implementation.
- Experience in manufacturing enterprises and retail enterprises is preferred.
- One of Chinese or English and Spanish can be used as the working language at the same time.
- Could accept business trip abroad for more than half a month.
