**The role**:
We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager to advance financial inclusion and digital transformation in Latin America by supporting new and existing programs on our platform.
Galileo removes the complexities of payments to enable companies to focus on providing their customers with seamless card issuing and peerless digital banking experiences. On our team, you will be responsible for creating a great customer experience for active programs reviewing business requirements, new products, opening and closing JIRA tickets, coordinating client's meetings.
**What you'll do**:




- Drive all aspects of assigned clients by developing strategic and tactical relationships.
- Establish effective relationships with management and service delivery client resources.
- Become very knowledgeable of client business models.
- Partner with client and business development to expand client use of Galileo services.
- Lead resolution of client projects and issues. Effectively manage priorities and tracker activities.
- Partner with Galileo cross-functional teams to address client's issues and business requirements.
- Implement and perform effective and timely communication channels with all required levels. Participate in quarterly strategic and regular tactical meetings.
**What you'll need**:
- 2+ years in Technical Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
- Qualified Account Management experience with managing large clients and high complexity.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle processes and tools. Familiar with platforms offering API services.




- Knowledge and understanding of online banking products and payment processing services.
- Some Knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
- Strong analytical skills to solve business problems through data analysis. Work with the client and internal Galileo resources to identify issues and opportunities to improve client experience and performance.
- G-suite, JIRA, Splunk, Postman, Salesforce skills
- Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Good customer service skills and organizational skills. Ability to lead and influence teams both internally and externally.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Familiar with communicating with C-level positions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field is preferred
