- Our Team:
- The Order to Cash Coordinator supports Customer Care overall operation by providing seamless data and information integration as the foundation for an optimal functioning of business processes.
- Main responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining the standards, processes and setting with the purpose of sustaining and improving high quality master data, especially focus on Customer and Pricing Master Data (when applicable), across different systems and supported by appropriate tooling.-
- Support the Demand to Cash and Reverse Logistic/Claims processes execution according to agree with customers and global, regional and local policies and look for improvements and automation of these processes.
Foster communication across functions in order to improve service levels and customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs and inefficiencies.-
- Ensure compliance with related Demand to Cash mandatory controls for ensuring 0 findings for audit and self-assessment purposes-
- Support customers regarding orders, deliveries, returns, claims and escalated overdue. Has 360° visibility on the Order to Cash process for assigned customers allowing proactive communication and preventive actions.- About you- Experience: in Order to Cash Processes and invoicing, Supply Chain, experience in related areas (Commercial, Marketing, Finance)-
- Soft skills: Customer Orientation, Communication and Network builder, Proactivity and creativity, Team Building skills, Resilience to work under pressure, decision making, problem solving-
- Technical skills:
Knowledge in SAP 4/HANA and Excel, Knowledge in applicable financial laws and pharmaceutical regulations-
- Education: College or University Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or related. Ideal post-graduate studies-
- Languages: Conversational, fluent English and Spanish- Pursue progress, discover extraordinary
