**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The role is focused on managing accounting and reporting, analysis, business and process support as well as delivering real time of the Supply Chain process, complying with the SLA's of services, policies and procedures PI, USGAAP, Financial regulations and SOX within a customer focused environment.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting on Supply Chain related topics (freight, distribution, storage, copacker activity, Coordination of Material Ledger Actual costing, Masked Prices, Transfer pricing,) in accordance with requirements and PepsiCo policy, combining managerial (Benelux) & non-managerial ( other countries e.g. Nordics, DACH)
- Take ownership for the activities performed by 3rd party SSC regarding the financial close process and resolve/ escalate issues.




- Manage the financial positions/ tasks which are outside of SSC responsibilities, and proactively propose solutions for process improvements.
The role entails interaction with the GBS/GBS Control Teams, Business Units’ control teams and outsourced delivery teams
**Your Impact**
As a **R2R Supply Chain and CS&L; Manager BNL **your scope would consist of:
**Manage the Supply Chain services R2R according to SLA**:
- Act as owner for the Control Calendar re. SC and CS&L; close activities in liaison with 3rd party SSC and other departments and (actively) support the accerelated MEC and simplification & automation initiatives to (further) optimize the MEC.
- Own the below GL balance positions and ensure proper execution/approval of (monthly) BS reconciliations in Blackline prepared by SSC.



Where needed liaise with different stakeholders to review and follow up SC related topics like:
- Freight, storage and distribution
- Copackers financials (fees, losses, etc )
- Inventories at 3PL (differences, breakage,)
- Masked prices
- Inventory reserves
- CSD profit in inventory
- Manage forecast and analyze the Operating Free Cash Flow (AOP, forecasts) for Inventory (DII) and supply chain and CS&L; related area of the total Benelux BU. Drive improvement forecast accuracy.
- Ensure compliance to the accounting policies, driving forward proposals for resolution and process review in the event of deviations from policies or failing controls
- Manage special/ non-routine balance sheet positions and warrant zero surprise
- Support R2R SC and CS&L; Sr Analyst BNL an work together with R2R SC and CS&L; Jr Analyst BNL)




- Support the ABA process for Logistics Services (ABA setting, reviews and settlements) to warrant SwissCo model
- Support internal and external audits with adequate information.
- Review on an annual basis the R2R DTP´s in sync with the 3rd party SSC
**Ensure both, short and long term strategy.***:Ensure an develop a customer focused approach to the internal client base.
**Coordinate the **team**:
- Provide coaching / mentoring to the team.
- KPI's monitoring and monthly presentation.
- Foster a Culture of continues improvement.
- Close interaction with OU to foment networking and service.
- Support effective change management process.
- Achieve AOP - cost per transaction.
- Support LATAM GBS Control RTR Director to drive People Strategy and Core People Processes.
- Contribute to improve and maintain a healthy organizational climate (OHS)




Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent education
**Experience**
- Financial technical skills achieved through experience or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Work experience **8+** years of proven experience in a similar position is a must
- SAP knowledge;
- Knowledge of US GAAP and / or Local GAAP
- Bilingual (Spanish/English). 90% English (writing, reading, conversation). Dutch is a plus.
- Executive maturity, autonomous, proactive, rigorous, organized
- Problem solver, logical aptitude, handle tough stakeholders
- Ability to lead multiple task forces at the same time, capable of managing multiple time sensititiv
