Develop actionable strategies that align with organizational goals and effectively guide teams to implement and achieve desired outcomes:
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data in order to generate insights and growth opportunities for the development of compelling brand strategies for the next 3 years
- Provide cross functional leadership and direction to translate strategy into tactics and actions & report on business performance to leadership.
Embed industry, customer & shopper insights into the core of all marketing thinking:
- Co-lead with research team members the definition of market research agenda as required




- Monitor competitive activity and recommend actions as necessary to ensure the achievement of revenue and market share goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management that will ensure the achievement of key performance objectives.
- Continuously collaborate with distributors network and key customers to gather market insights and recommendations from the execution team, to be considered within the brand plans
Develop and activate online and offline marketing plans that strengthen brand equity and deliver against business objectives:
- Build a robust network with marketing partners and relevant third parties to amplify marketing capabilities and develop state of the art brand programs
- Develop impactful creativity and compelling brand messages to connect with all business verticals and customers at different relationship stages
- Integrated Marketing. Develop annual marketing plans with liquid content which can travels and connect across customers journeys
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of multiple strategic initiatives and projects occurring simultaneously.
- Ensure correct implementation of communication plans, regional campaigns,



social media strategy with consideration of local nuances and language.
- Work with local marketers & BDMs to ensure marketing plans are implemented in each country according to business target.
- Responsible for marketing investment and budget management at a country level - manage resources efficiently.
- Manages and CRM and Marketing Tools to generate MQLs and consideration across conversion funnel within all business verticals
- Activate food service channel in coordination with commercial team and distributors
Build innovative new products on a foundation of cranberry end-users understanding to drive profitable growth:
- Responsible of developing the ingredients innovation pipeline & idea development
