**Company Description**
The role of Allergan Aesthetics (AA) Business Human Resources (BHR) is a trusted partner to the AA organization, helping to shape our Abbvie culture, support AA business strategies and finding and developing the talent necessary to ensure the success of the AA business within a dedicated country/cluster. We seek to fully develop our employees’ skills and Leadership Attributes so that we can leverage AbbVie’s diversity of opinions, cultures and experiences in all that we do. The AA BHRP will leverage best-in-class Abbvie HR practices to continually construct, deliver and support programs that establish AbbVie as an employer of choice while empowering all employees at all levels of the AA organization.
As part of the AbbVie One HR model, the AA BHRP will have a Direct reporting line to the Host Country HR Director and a dotted reporting line to the AA Area BHR to ensure a clear understanding of the priorities and focus for the AA business while working as an integrated member of the Country HR team to guarantee consistency and alignment for all the employees in the Country. This is a highly visible and critical role for the Allergan Aesthetics business as we continue to evolve our organization to support ambitious business objectives. The AA BHR Partner will have other HR responsibilities to support the Business in the affiliate that will contribute to the permanent growth and development as professional HR Business Partners.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, human sciences or similar administrative expertise
- Desirable specialization degree in HR or related
- English and Spanish proficiency
- Proficient in local labor legislation, compensation systems, talent development programs, recruitment & selection techniques,
as well as personnel administration processes
- Leadership and influence skills Shows proficiency when required to think broadly considering all the organization
- Provides evidence of sensible and smart decision making
- Used to making things happen and shows creative, agile and resourceful initiative
- Proficient in communication, impact
- Minimum 5 year as Sr. HR business partner for affiliate, large functions or business units leading HR processes and operational functions across an affiliate
- Desirable experience working and delivering collaborative results with a three gears HR operating model
- Used to delivering results under pressure, dealing with competing priorities, reporting and succeeding in matrix organizations
