Join the dynamic team at **Amer Sports** as we seek an ambitious **SAP Business Intelligence / Business Warehouse **support consultant. In this role, you'll be part of a new team of professionals, addressing a wide range of global SAP support requirements and shaping processes and company standards in this area. You'll take ownership of support activities, managing them independently or collaborating with the Global SAP Team, driving excellence and innovation in our SAP solutions.
**What you will be doing**:
- Take over **1st/2nd/3rd Level Support for SAP BI/BW** related topics.
- Monitor system loads, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary corrections.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to solve business problems through reporting solutions in SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Help teach and/or train system users on best practices for self-service reporting.
- Collaborate with the Authorization team to enable a good and compliant user experience.
- Work with global team members to propose solutions to fill gaps in reporting content.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Experience as Junior Consultant/Consultant on SAP BI/BW and Analysis for Office.
- Strong and thorough understanding of reporting topics.
- Team-orientated approach to all partners and associates and are keen to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud a definite plus.
- Fluent in **English**.
- Willing to travel on occasion to other Amer Sports sites.
- Good knowledge of **ITIL procedures**, particularly in processes in incident management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
