Team Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Design Project Manager to join our dynamic Fintech Marketing team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will drive the execution of marketing campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure that deliverables are met with efficiency and quality. You’ll work closely with creative, content, and product teams to implement innovative marketing strategies that engage our audience and support our business growth in the financial technology sector.
Role Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives within the Fintech space.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, product managers, and developers) to create cohesive marketing campaigns and content.
- Managing timelines, budgets,



and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Overseeing the coordination of digital and traditional marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Identifying potential risks and challenges in project execution and proactively developing solutions to mitigate them.
- Providing regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring all team members are aligned.
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing projects to ensure objectives are met and to inform future campaigns.
Role Qualifications:
- Proven experience (+5 years) in **project management**, preferably in a marketing, fintech, or digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of **agile methodologies** and project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar).




- Solid experience managing projects from concept through to execution with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an eye for detail and an ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Experience in working within **cross-functional teams** and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- A background in **digital marketing**, preferably within fintech, or a passion for the financial services industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with **budget management** and experience working and managing external vendors or agencies is highly desirable.
