**Aventus LLC**is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a _Client Success Manager_.
As a key player in maximizing client satisfaction and engagement, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client success initiatives and fostering long-term relationships.
**Position**: Client Success Manager**Location**: Remote / US and International Travel Required**We're Aventus** -- a boutique customer experience BPO located in Charleston, South Carolina.

The ability to **decode unspoken expectations, foresee potential challenges, and proactively offer solutions** is what sets us apart.As a **Customer Success Manager**, you'll be the **trusted advisor** to our clients, driving **long-term success, retention, and growth** by fostering deep relationships and delivering strategic, data-driven insights.
**Responsibilities**:- **Cultivate Client Relationships** - Engage directly with clients during key moments such as strategic planning, contract discussions, and unique requests.
Build trust by managing expectations, addressing inquiries,
and deeply understanding client needs.- **Anticipate & Solve Challenges** - Success isn't just about **reacting** to problems; it's about **foreseeingthem**.
Use data, client behavior insights, and industry trends to identify risks and proactively deliver solutions before challenges arise.- **Drive Retention & Growth** - Maintain a **90%+ client retention rate** by ensuring client health, KPI achievement, and exceptional service delivery.
Identify **expansion and cross-sell** opportunities to drive revenue growth.- **Conduct QBRs & Strategic Reviews** - Lead **Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)** to assess performance, align on goals, and uncover opportunities for optimization and expansion.- **Resolve Client Issues** - Support teams in resolving service issues within SLAs, monitor escalations, and intervene directly when needed.
Keep leadership informed of critical challenges.- **Collaborate Cross-Functionally** - Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to ensure seamless client experiences, from onboarding to long-term success.
**Requirements**:- **Experience**: 5+ years in a client management role.- **Travel**: Willingness to travel within the US and internationally.- **Documentation**: A valid **Mexican Passport and US Visa** are required
