Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Engineering Manager located in Juarez south Campus.
Reporting to the Director Operations,
the Engineering Manager role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews.
Experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Power BI and Minitab.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
- Management of production plan and monitoring H by H.
- Schedule availability.
