Job Description & Summary:

The Programs Team Manager will be responsible for supporting DEI program planning and execution. This role demands cultural competency and sensitivity to various backgrounds and perspectives.
Key responsibilities: include maintaining and analyzing data related to program participation and other metrics to assess, report, and propose recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required skills:
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills are required.
- Experience facilitating workshops and training on DEI topics.
- Previous experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
