What you will do Front-end design, ensuring user-friendly, responsive,



and accessible web pages. Enabling scalable and efficient back-end services using Node.js. Setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines. Operational core services experience. Log analysis and root cause identification to resolve issues quickly. Setting up alerts in case of system failures or issues, ensuring quick resolution. Profiling and optimizing the platform's performance, both on the server side and client side. Issue-tracking systems for managing and resolving tickets related to platform issues (Jira/ServiceNow). Analyze incidents and provide actionable insights for preventing recurrence using Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Must haves 6+ years of experience with React.js for building responsive user interfaces. Professional experience with Node.js. Previous experience leading teams. Familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud for cloud-based infrastructure management. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for environment consistency and scalability. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.



Familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Nice to haves Knowledge of Java, Golang, and GraphQL. Experience with Backstage.
