Job Description We invite talented individuals to apply for the position of Operations Specialist at Carolina Logistics Inc.

The Operations Specialist will play a critical role in managing the intricacies of logistics operations, specifically within the ground logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all operations related to freight forwarding.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, effectively communicating logistics needs and updates.
Ensure that all parties are well-informed throughout the transportation process.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during operations.
Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to address challenges efficiently.
Documentation Management: Maintain and manage all necessary documentation related to logistics operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, customer service, and warehouse teams, to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Job Conditions: Monday to Friday 7:50 AM to 5:00 PM Location: Torre Cuarzo, Avenida Reforma Base Salary (USD) Requirements: Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations (Ground Freight).
Educational Background: A degree in international trade, logistics engineering, or a related field.
Advanced English is required.
Skills: time management and multitasking.
