Your role will involve overseeing and leading a team of developers, defining and implementing advanced technology strategies, driving innovation, and setting high technical standards.What you will do:- Oversee technical aspects of projects, guide team members in problem-solving,
and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.- Maintain high code quality standards, review and approve pull requests, ensuring adherence to best coding practices.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to seamlessly integrate frontend and backend functionalities.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the React ecosystem and incorporate new tools to enhance project outcomes.Here's what we are looking for:- 7+ years of experience with React.- Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.- In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.- Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.- Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.- Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.- Expert understanding of client's requirements,
