.Total Rewards Manager**Category**:Human Resource Management**Location**:Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, MX**The Position**- As a Total Rewards Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:- Drive and implement compensation and benefit programs that align with the organisation's strategic goals,
ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.- Analyse external market data to establish competitive salary ranges and benefits packages.- Collaborate with other colleagues within the Global Total Rewards and Mobility CoE to develop and implement comprehensive rewards strategies and initiatives for the areas of responsibility.- Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team by identifying opportunities for process enhancements in rewards programs.- Provide specific support with reviews and analysis of regional/local rewards programs to ensure competitiveness, engage in rewards partnering activities within the countries whenever needed, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and regional/local requirements.
**Qualifications**- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 4-6 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards and project management at an organisational level.- Experience in Latin American countries, especially in Mexico and Colombia, is an advantage.- Strong understanding of HR policies, compensation and benefits guidelines, rewards principles, pay transparency, and practices.- Strong analytical skill and excellent understanding of rewards principles, pay transparency, and best practices- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are a MUST, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas in both languages.
**About the Department**- You will be based in the vibrant Mexico City and will join the International Total Rewards team which is part of the Global People & Organisation function called Total Rewards & Mobility Center of Excellence (CoE).
