Description
Professional responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive security and loss prevention programs across supply chain operations in Mexico. This role leads strategic initiatives to protect assets, mitigate risks, ensure compliance with security protocols, and manage loss prevention strategies throughout the entire supply chain network, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations
Key job responsibilities
Scale existing programs, ensuring sustainable growth and effectiveness across the supply chain network.
Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making and program improvements.
Conduct regional bench-marking across Amazon's operational territories to identify and implement best practices.
Research and evaluate technological solutions to enhance security and loss prevention capabilities.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Planning, Transportation, Loss Prevention, and Operations teams to ensure integrated security solutions.
Execute investigations and actively participate in contingency management, providing leadership during security incidents and crisis situations.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery,
and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
