- Collaboration in the design of the strategy for an inclusive work environment, free from harassment and discrimination.
- Design, measure, analyze and implement Improvement Plans for the Wellness Program.
- Lead strategies and campaigns for the dissemination of the Wellness Program as well as the prevention of Psychosocial risks.
- Collaboration in Integration Strategies for employees and their families through Company events
