**We are seeking to recruit an experienced leader having previously worked for loan-lenders, credit providers or debt collection agencies in Mexico. **You will be working alongside our growing team of agents to ensure that customer debt is accurately captured, managed and recovered according to industry best practice.
**Key Deliverables**
- Working closely with HQ in establishing annual targets and ensuring the delivery of KPIs.
- Create a proactive system to manage customer repayment plans, constantly seeking to improve on the services offered.
- Team management of telephone/online based debt collection agents, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Provide guidance to the team on established industry best practice - always ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements for debt recovery are followed.
- Recruiting and training new agents.
**Essential Requirements**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a manager/leader for a Short-term loan or debt collection agency in Mexico.
- A proven track record in successfully developing a team of debt collection agents.
- Start-up or scale-up experience.
- **Fluent and clear spoken English.**
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
