**We are searching the best talent for “Business Intelligence Specialist” to be in Ciudad de México, México.**
**Purpose**:
- Implement the Data Analyst role as a hybrid between business expertise, technical computer skillset, and knowledge in math and statistics.
- Main responsibility: To identify and connect business needs to analytic solutions.
- Secondary responsibility: To identify and catalogue existing data, while mapping missing data to be collected in the future.
- Needs access authorization to relevant systems to run ETL algorithms.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Support **process improvements** by providing guidance and leadership to business process owners, to create and maintain a strong internal control environment, including the required documentation, and that policies and procedures are aligned with Finance and health care compliance controls.
- Assess business risks associated with the control environment, help design and implementation of internal controls, and make recommendations for continuous process improvements.
- Propose corrective actions for identified gaps/weaknesses, provide support in the action plan resolution process, and support Commercial teams to ensure internal control gaps are closed timely & effectively.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business unit stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data solutions.
- Democratize data through skillful data structuring,
transformation, and visualization.
- Automate data reporting and standardize dashboards to facilitate business decision making.
- Is the liaison between Business Unit and IT engineering team, connecting with regional teams to create synergies.
- Participate in data governance meetings and make strategic recommendations to improve visibility, efficiencies, and new solutions.

**Qualifications**
**Qualifications and requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English
