**Project Description**
To work for an international and innovative actor in the Telecom Industry, we are looking for a passionate **Tier 2 Technical Support IT / TELECOM** to follow the Provisioning & Telecom functional activities. You will qualify, analyze and resolve _**Brazilian Portuguese and English**_technical Issues and Requests. With very good communication skills, you will be in contact with B2B customers, technical providers and experts. You will be able to participate in the Validation Service Process and End-User tests.
**Responsibilities**
The role of the **Tier 2 Technical Support IT / TELECOM** is to follow the issue management procedures to qualify,



to find out the resolution and to come up with solutions to improve the efficiency of resolving issues and requests. This would include automating some of the common tasks as well as analysis of the current system to identify areas that can be improved. Also, you will be an important actor in documentation writing and participate in Oncall 24/7.
**Skills And Qualifications Requirements**
- Advanced knowledge of IT software and good experience in TELECOM industry
- Strong analytical skills to assess technical problems and implement efficient solutions
- Skilled in pattern recognition to detect recurring issues and propose long-term fixes
- Excellent communication abilities, particularly when translating complex technical issues into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders
- A degree in IT, Computer Science or Telecom Industry
- Attention to detail in diagnosing issues and testing solutions for accuracy and effectiveness
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and priorities while keeping quality standards high




- Ability to collaborate with Level 1 support and escalate issues to Level 3 or other teams when necessary
**Technical Requirements**
- (mandatory) High level of Brazilian Portuguese and English (C1 level)
- Good knowledge of Cellular Network as voice call flow, SMS message, DATA connection
- Experiences on SQL, no SQL, API, provisioning solutions as jBPM or Orkestra UI, Jira Service Management, Elastic Search, Centreon, Grafana, Rundeck,
- Advanced experience working with remote management, ticketing, knowledge base systems, SLA,
