As a **Workforce Systems Superuser** in the Controlling function, you provide overall functional and training support to users for H&M;’s workforce and time & attendance systems. This includes working cross-functionally in troubleshooting, educating users, ensuring compliancy, and managing systems according to company and country standards.
This hybrid role reports into our Controlling Manager and is based out of Mexico City.
**A Day in the Life**
Working at H&M; means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*
- Provides technical support to colleagues for H&M;’s workforce and time & attendance platforms, including Workforce One and Synapps
- Consults with Business Tech,



Payroll, and Human Resources to secure scheduling and safeguard that routines are set up according to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Remains informed of changes to company processes, policies, and procedures that have an impact on systems or colleague usage
- Maintains training and resources for end users on system functionality, troubleshooting, changes, and best practices regarding operational and scheduling requirements
- Administers proper configuration and data quality between systems to ensure optimal functionality, including researching discrepancies and performing regular audits for accuracy
- Collaborates with key business areas, such as Controlling, Stores, Area Teams, Payroll, and HR, to analyze scheduling practices in order to enhance efficiency & maximize results
- Analyze existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for system optimization and areas of improvement
- Generate regular reports on workforce and timekeeping metrics, providing valuable insights to management




- Participates in implementation of software updates and related new systems, including documentation, testing, training, and rollout
- Works with internal support functions and vendors to create & manage tickets related to software, integration, and timeclock issues
- Manages Synapps platform and function plan data in collaboration with Area Controllers to support proper usage and maximize scheduling & planning accuracy
- May perform other activities related to the position
- Travel may be required between 5-10% of the time per business need
**Qualifications** Who You Are**:
- Previous experience in managing workforce and time & attendance systems
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Knowledge of scheduling practices and local labor laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & ability to quickly adapt to other software & systems




- Provides excellent customer service according to H&M; standards while being inclusive, positive, and open to feedback
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative talents, being able to work cross-functionally with other teams, including Controlling, HR, Payroll, Business Tech, Stores, Area Teams, and Global colleagues in order to maintain and improve processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the aptitude to train others and communicate complex technical information in a simple and effective way
- Good organizational skills, time management, prioritization, & ability to comply with deadlines
- Demonstrates proficiency to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve system performance and user experience
- Ability to work flexible hours
