As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of the Kearney Operations System (KOS). Working alongside a dedicated and diverse team, you will collaborate with clients to define and implement strategies that deliver both short-term results and long-term competitiveness in an evolving market environment.
Your work will involve tackling complex business challenges across one or more of these operational domains, helping clients optimize costs, enhance processes, refine target operating models, drive transformation programs, and execute sourcing and strategic negotiation initiatives.
Through unique hands-on experiences,
you will broaden your expertise across a breadth of topics while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm. Responsibilities:
Plan:
- Lead and support consulting engagements across supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and network optimization.
- Drive digital supply chain transformation, enhancing automation, transparency, and operational efficiency.
- Align planning strategies with market demand to improve predictability and reduce costs.
- Activate replenishment solutions across supply and receiving nodes to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and manage financial models, scenario analyses, and operational dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Source:
- Execute cost optimization, process excellence, and transformation programs across procurement functions.
- Support strategic negotiations and design-to-value programs to maximize client impact.
- Develop and implement solutions/tools to optimize sourcing strategies, cost structures, and supplier management.
- Engage with stakeholders through executive-level presentations, reports, and workshops.
Deliver:
- Enhance operational efficiency across delivery and transportation networks.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Implement advanced analytics and digital tools to enhance visibility and control over supply chain movements.
- Provide PMO support, ensuring effective execution, tracking,
and governance of client projects.
- Travel to client locations as required, based on project demands.
Who You Are:
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain consulting, operations strategy, transformation projects, handling supply chain or procurement operations for leading multinational corporations, etc.
- Master’s Degree or MBA
- Experience working with American clients is a plus.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure complex business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
with the ability to convey insights effectively to senior leadership and drive strategic discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience with relevant Digital tools such as (Llamasoft, o9, Kinaxis, OMP, Optano, Coupa, Jagger, Keelvar, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced excel modelling, and experience with analytical tools like Power BI, QlikView, Tableau is a plus.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments, with a passion for continuous learning and a proactive approach to tackling new challenges.
