Main Responsibilities 1. Quickly identify customer's pain points, articulate value propositions through consultative approach 2. Penetrate new accounts, grow business pipeline and increase market share as a result of outbound prospecting, creativity and hard work 3. Help existing customers to achieve business goals and increase company's share of wallet accordingly 4. Define overall sales and Go-to-market strategy in the country 5. Address any customer's feedback and ensure overall customer experience and satisfaction 6. Manage all sales stages along the sales cycle to arrive at a successful closure and deliver sales commitment 7. Fulfill due diligence to provide regular update to management as well as in the CRM system 8.
Collaborate closely with various functional departments on account specific initiative, marketing event and demand generation program etc. Requirement 1. 10 years of quota carrying experience in software industry, preferably within banking, micro-finance, security, credit or KYC space 2.Understand industry trend, challenges and customer requirements. Knowledge in Credit Scoring and Decisioning areas is desirable 3. Understand regulatory and compliance requirements in Mexico 4. Customer-focused and team-oriented individual with a desire to achieve success through cross-functional collaboration 5. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and mínimal supervision 6. Fast-learner and able to bridge solution knowledge gap quickly 7. Mexican citizenship with fluent English is highly desirable; Mandarin will be an advantage 8. Able to travel in Mexico and in other LATAM countries
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month
