Become the Head of Strategy / Business Development for one of the leading Specialty Finance Groups in Mexico.
This position is based in Mexico City.
- **What the job involves**
- Originate deals, understand the risks, sell the risk, follow deals in the real estate business.
- Work on business strategy and business development and help grow the business.
- Finding assets and bringing capital to it.
- Negotiate with senior executives.




- Develop new partnerships through Mexico and across borders.
- Financial analysis skills, with the ability to build detailed 5-year business plan.
**Who we are looking for**
- Ample experience in financial services, private credit, finance, consulting, and M&A.;
- Strong written and communication skills, in Spanish and in English.
- Proactive, strong management and negotiation skills.
- MBA is preferred.
