- Your responsibilities:
- Supports management of service operations and or technology governance in accordance with service operations and Management processes.
- Achieve the most efficient Network Service Operations providing highest business value through effective management of IT resources (people, financial resources, bought in services and asset / capital investment).
- Responsible for ensuring that the internally and externally sourced IT services in the area of DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management within Network Services are aligned with business needs and are delivered in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements to Novartis IT Standards and in line with industry best practice.
- Liaises with Process Owners throughout the life of the service; knows who and where to obtain required information and assists in (re)defining the processes.
Understands their service(s) (components, processes, etc.)
and provides key information concerning the service(s) as needed.
- Manages processes and resources delivering the service, contributes to the service delivery team, and participates in coordination of this team in overall planning activities, service delivery and issue resolution.
- Ensures that all supporting components of the service, including any associated SLAs,
OLAs and UCs are aligned and managed as an integrated service, addressing gaps/risks where identified.
- Periodically monitors, reviews and reports performance against the SLA/OLA service and/or portfolio with aim to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement of the services.
Ability to interact with 3rd parties and coordinate projects with vendors.
- Accountable of: The implementation of DDI infrastructure platforms and its service life cycle management as per business and technical requirements.
The operation of DDI platforms and associated services.
The networks and infrastructure migration and evolution as per its roadmap plan.

**Minimum requirements**
- University degree in computer science, electronics, networks or equivalent.
- More than 7 years of business/IT experience including ITIL either performing, coordinating, integrating or migrating networks, IT platforms and services.
- Operations Management and Execution Project Management, Financial Management Functional Breadth, DDI and Networks Technical knowledge
- IT Governance IT Application / Infrastructure Management, Network Support IT Incident & Problem Management IT Service Level Management, Vendor Management, Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving.
- Risk Management Talent & Leadership Development Performance Management Knowledge of information management and security Knowledge of IT Infrastructure & systems
- Effective communication aligning people and resources organizing and planning conflict management.
Desirable requirements:
- Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills > 5 years proven management exp.
within matrix organization.
Certification in network and servers/cloud.
