Position Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist with exceptional English writing and communication skills.
This role is critical for both email marketing and content creation, requiring someone who can write clear, compelling, and conversion-driven content for emails, website pages, and blog articles.
The ideal candidate should be a strong writer who can craft engaging content tailored to different audiences while ensuring brand consistency and SEO optimization.
Key Responsibilities : Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns that engage and convert audiences.
Website & Blog Content Writing: Write and edit high-quality, well-researched content for website pages, landing pages, and blogs, ensuring clarity, engagement, and SEO optimization.
Persuasive Copywriting: Craft compelling email content that drives audience engagement and action.
Template Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers to create visually appealing email templates.
Audience Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage data insights to segment email lists and create targeted messaging.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyze email and content performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates,
conversion rates) to optimize results.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design to improve effectiveness.
Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure email campaigns comply with regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and follow best practices for high deliverability rates.
Qualifications : Strong English writing and communication skills are a MUST ability to write professional, engaging, and persuasive content for emails, website pages, and blogs.
Proven experience in email marketing using platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
Experience in content writing, blog writing, and website copywriting.
Familiarity with SEO principles to optimize website and blog content for search visibility.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently,
and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves : Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools for drafting content.
Basic knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
Experience in content strategy development and structuring high-converting sales pages.
