Key Responsibilities.
Campaign Support.
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, events, etc.).
Content Creation.
Support in the creation of marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and website copy, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Market Research.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Present findings to the team to help shape marketing strategies.
Social Media Management.
Help manage and update social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers,



and analyzing social media metrics to improve content performance.
Campaign Analytics.
Assist in tracking the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing results, and providing insights for optimization.
Prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
Event Coordination.
Support in the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and webinars, helping with logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
Database Management.
Help maintain the marketing database, ensuring it is updated and segmented for targeted email campaigns and personalized outreach.
Collaboration.
Work closely with other departments (sales, design, product, etc.) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Administrative Support.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and coordinating marketing materials.
Creative Thinking.
Contribute fresh ideas to brainstorm creative marketing initiatives and strategies that enhance the brand's visibility and customer engagement.
Key Qualifications.




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO).
Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic design skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
A creative and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and marketing challenges.
