Position.
Capgemini Mexico is looking for a highly motivated Junior IT Support Technician to join our team.
Location.
CDMX Work Modality.
100% on site, Montes Urales.
What you'll do? • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to operating systems, applications, networking, and hardware • Handle inbound technical support calls, providing first-line assistance to internal and external users.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal procedures and support workflows What you'll bring.
• Education.
Degree or technical certification in Information Technology or a related field (e.
., Computer Science,
Systems Engineering, Software Engineering).
• Experience.
At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, call center support, or other IT-related position.
• Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce, SQL, (e.
., user interface, reporting, basic admin functions) and handling technical support tickets.
