plan and implement demand and supply chain strategies to align production, inventory, and distribution with forecasted demand,
ensuring service level objectives are met.
optimize the order-to-delivery process.
supervise order capturing, release, product delivery, and customer support to achieve seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
monitor key performance indicators.
track and analyze key metrics such as demand forecast accuracy, production, transportation, materials, and inventory turns to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
evaluate supplier service and logistics costs.
assess supplier service levels (fill rate) and transportation costs, including $/ton/km, while identifying opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
ensure high standards of service and quality.
oversee the execution of work plans to maintain top-notch quality in logistics and customer service, ensuring compliance with established kpis.
strategies and plan capacity needs.
coordinate short- and long-term plans to optimize supply chain capacity and ensure alignment with service goals and demand forecasts.
integrate and manage digital solutions.
oversee erp system operations to ensure accurate data management and effective collaboration across the supply chain.
perfil buscado a successful supply chain manager should have.
