**IT SAP FI/CO Expert - Business Analyst**

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Over 8 to 12 years of experience required.
- Good knowledge and experience in SAP ERP and modules FI,CO.
At least 5 - 8 years SAP implementation experiences in a multinationalenvironment.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business process designin the area of finance and controlling.
- Good understanding of business requirements in the area offinance and controlling.
Strong capability to translate business requirementsinto SAP technical language,
and guide the customer into the right solution.
- Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and writtenEnglish.
- Knowledge of accounting principles IFRS, GAAP.
- Project management experience (scheduling, quality control,change communication).
- No hinderance for business travels (international &domestic;).
**Your responsibilities**
- Partner with key business contacts to define requirementsand functional specifications for complex SAP developments.
- Be responsible for FI/CO changes and enhancement for SiemensEnergy Spiridon EU ERP systems VP1, VP2, MP1, GP1), and collaborate withbusiness partners and suppliers for smooth delivery.
- Process consulting & business support for FI/CO topicsin Spiridon EU ERP systems.
- Development of new process solutions together withrepresentatives of Business Units, Segments and IT.
- Perform IT Project Management duties for small-to-mediumprojects.
**Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**
- Knowledge of Siemens financial reporting guidelines andprocesses preferred.
- Knowledge of Siemens specific financial processes preferred.
- Experience with FI/CO processes in European countriespreferred.
(Even better if at Siemens or Siemens Energy companies).
- SAP ERP FI/CO certification preferred.
- Experience with S/4 HANA.
- Project management certification (e.g.
PMP).
- International working experience preferred.
