The HR Manager is responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, working closely with leaders and managers to ensure that HR initiatives drive employee performance and support business goals.
Our Team Makes decisions that affect the entire plant on issues related to talent development, service improvement, benefits, and other factors that impact employees.
Is responsible for different metrics such as number of employees, turnover, absenteeism, and organizational climate.
Responsible for labor legal compliance.
The position performs complex tasks that require creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Has the authority to stop processes and act in situations where staff safety or product quality is at risk.




What you will do Collaborates with plant management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.
Leads and/or supports organizational change efforts as part of Change Management initiatives.Oversees the recruitment, selection, hiring, and orientation programs to ensure appropriate and effective staffing across all company areas.
Actively participates in the selection of personnel for management positions in coordination with requesting managers to obtain qualified candidates for key roles.
Analyzes the organizational structure with area managers to ensure optimal performance.Identifies training, instruction, and development needs at all levels and participates in the creation and implementation of corresponding programs.
These programs may include basic education, technical training, supervisory, managerial, and professional development courses.Acts as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.




Designs and implements motivational programs aimed at improving productivity, quality, and workplace culture.
Oversees employee communication initiatives and manages services such as transportation, medical care, cafeteria, and insurance to ensure competitive benefits.Ensures compliance with Federal Labor Laws and other applicable regulations regarding working conditions, wages, salaries, training, compensation, terminations, disciplinary actions, and privacy.
Supports client requirements related to ISO standards and the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).Supports managers in evaluating performance, setting goals, and offering guidance on employee development.
Analyzes wage, salary,



and benefits surveys to benchmark against the labor market and recommends actions on compensation and benefits to maintain competitiveness.Conducts ongoing research in areas such as turnover, absenteeism, organizational climate, and employee satisfaction surveys to assess the impact of company policies.
Provides management with recommendations based on the findings of these studies.Represents the company before employers' associations, industrial chambers, educational institutions, professional groups, insurance companies, and government authorities to maintain strong relationships within the industrial community, gain insights into the business environment, and make informed decisions.Understands, supports, and contributes to the compliance with the PBM Philosophy, Quality Management standards, Health and Safety standards, Six Sigma, RBA, ISO, IATF,



and CTPAT/OAS policies and procedures.Perform other related functions assigned by management.Who you are Advanced English (conversational)Completed Professional Career: Bachelor's in Human Resources or Engineering degree related to the positionMBA / Master's degree in related areaWhat will put you ahead Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human ResourcesManagement experience in Human Resources in a similar industryKnowledge of the Federal Labor Law, knowledge of payroll management, knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office)Coaching, communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsUSA VisaAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
