We are expanding the range and reach of digital/online learning at Bain through "next generation" content and engaging learner experiences.
As a senior leader within the global training/L&D; team, the Director, Digital Learning Design, is responsible for providing strategic leadership and setting the direction for digital learning design at Bain.
This role entails driving the overall strategy, vision, and execution of digital learning designs and solutions across the organization.
It also includes a broader remit, in ensuring that the global training/L&D; team develops fully integrated learning experiences for all end customers, across all learning channels (digital,
in-person, virtual, other).
