**Job Title: Account Manager (Mexico City)****City: Mexico City****Work Model: Hybrid****Clevel: P14**As Account manager you will be responsible for lead and manage local accounts to grow revenue and profitability according to objectives, by establishing DSM- Firmenich as the clients' key partner, winning projects, and selling profitably flavors & ingredients.

**Your key responsibilities**- Maximize sales opportunities via an account plan- Efficient project management to deliver high win rate and risk management to minimize the impact- Ensure open communications with marketing & technical department so that customer requirements are appropriately communicated and satisfied; Ensure transparent and effective communication for solutions across different departments, e.G.
customer care, supply chain, quality etc.- Negotiate with client favorable commercial terms (e.G.
payment terms, prices and price conditions, order pattern etc) and price increase based on the division/team pricing objectives and strategy- Provides clients with general and specific information on product concepts, submission documents and presentations.- Monitor client satisfaction and initiate corrective action where needed.
**You Bring**- Price quotation and negotiation (according to global pricing strategy).- Account plans.- Achieve sales target- Achieve KPI indicators, pipeline,
